Our team has yet to agree on a date to film therefore we postponed the days we plan to film. SInce we all have school going on and our lives to attend to after, it is hard to choose a day. One of us may have work on the day the rest of us are available to film. To solve this issue, we decided that the whole group doesn't need to be at the location to film. In other words, if 1 or 2 of us are not available to film on a day we will film without them. We are now waiting on our group members to see what their work schedules will look like before we determine a day. Also, our filming day would've had to been postponed due to poor weather. As for location, we have a park set to film at but since we haven't picked a filming day, we decided to use the time to find a better location. We found a park that has a playground, a field, and other areas need to film. The park also is free for everyone to go to which is a plus. We also need to find an alternative for the hospital scenes. We were going to replace the location with someone's house, however none of us want filming to be done at our homes. We will hopefully come up with a location by the end of this week. The latest to come up with a new location would be after we finish filming our other scenes. Next, as for the acting situation, I decided to be one of the actors to make things a little easier. We are still asking around to see if we can find more people to be in it. Lastly, we decided to use iMovie, an editing app made by Apple, to edit the opening sequence. Since most of us is most experienced with using this app, it makes the most sense to use it to edit. It took us a while to decide because we wanted to use a computer editing software because we believed it would make our film look more like an opening to a movie. However, iMovie includes many features that we can use to make our opening sequence look exactly like how we picture it. We are now steps closer to finishing our project and we can't wait to see the results.

Editing for my Powerade Commercial

 Once I had all my scenes collected, I began editing. I am very glad I took more than one take of each scene because when I was inserting some clips, they didn't fit correctly with the other clips. Some clips were recording in landscape mode and some were recorded in portrait, however I managed to combine the two, to make everything fit. The length of each of my clips were too long and made the total time of my commercial 1 minute and 11 seconds. All of the clips taken where I was exercising were way to long. I had to crop every clip down a couple of seconds to meet the correct time limit of 30 seconds. Next, I decided to apply a filter to the each clip to add an effect for the commercial. After applying the filter, I went to another editing app to  create the Powerade scene and added it into the commercial. I was born in Coral Springs, Florida on August 20th, 2004. I am a visionary and ambitious leader who plans to strive for success. I work on accomplishing both short-term and long-term goals that I set. My parents were very poor when they were around my age and decided to move to the U.S. to seek a better life when they got older. Planning Storyboard for my Powerade commercial

 First Scene The commercial will start off with Actor 1 running on a track. Powerade is a drink that was made for people who exercise and stay fit, especially athletic people. I chose to do an outdoor workout so that viewers understands that Powerade targets active people. It will be a close-up and tracking shot, however if that can not be accomplished it will be a wide shot. Second scene Actor 1 proceeds to build up a sweat by running up stairs or bleachers. This will be a low angle, mid shot. Third Scene After a long workout, Actor 1 takes out a Powerade drink and takes a large gulp from it. The Powerade logo will be facing the camera, so viewers who have never seen the drink know what it is. This will be a close-up shot. Fourth Scene As Actor 1 packs up and begins to leave holding the Powerade drink, they notice Actor 2 out of breath from exercising and dehydrated. This will be a mid shot.
