Planning for final task: Title Design

Font : The opening of credits our film will be in a cursive font. Example: π“ˆπ‘œπ“‚π‘’π“‰π’½π’Ύπ“ƒπ‘” π’Άπ“π‘œπ“ƒπ‘” π“‰π’½π’Ύπ“ˆ π“ˆπ“‰π“Žπ“π‘’.


Contrast : The color of the font will be white. Example. π“ˆπ‘œπ“‚π‘’π“‰π’½π’Ύπ“ƒπ‘” π’Άπ“π‘œπ“ƒπ‘” π“‰π’½π’Ύπ“ˆ π“ˆπ“‰π“Žπ“π‘’


* The sizing of the font for the title will be big and bold in the middle of the frame.


Spacing : Leading - Two lines of space above.


Tracking - Double spaced between the words.


Working Title : Our working title will be named "Where Ends Meet" .


* It will be a bold face font.


- Titles will all be faded onto the screen. 


- The title will disappear on the screen after 3 or 4 seconds.

While still being entertaining and divert our attention from our everyday lives. A film that we felt best suited at least three of these categories is called The Hate U Give. This movie is about a main character named Starr who witnesses the fatal shooting of her childhood best friend Khalil at the hands of a police officer. After this tragedy she is facing pressure from all sides of the community leaving Starr to understand that she must find her voice and stand up for what's right. This movie started out as a novel by Angie Thomas that talked about a teenage girl who grapples with racism, police brutality, and activism. These are all examples of what other people fight for under the categories of social change, interpreting information, and communicating universal themes their whole lives. Production Blog

 As of right now, filming and editing has not begun. For starters, we are struggling to agree on dates for when we film due to our busy schedules. Originally we were supposed to start filming earlier, but some of us were not free to work that day. We discussed filming this weekend but everyone in the group hasn't confirmed that they will be able to show up yet. Also, we may have to change the date to another day, due to poor weather this weekend. This issue will be fixed immediately. Next, we are having an issue on finding the perfect locations to film. We found the perfect park to film some our shots at, however we later found out they are temporarily closed. We then found another park, but they didn't have some of the things we needed to film such as a playground and we don't want to have to film at multiple parks. Filming at multiple parks means having to add extra filming days. We are already having issues with picking one date. We are still searching for a better locat...
